Our Staff

Christine Small

Owner

Christine Small co-founded 3WStudio LLC with two other women between 2006 and 2008, and in 2009 she obtained 100% ownership. She has performed ADA and disability regulation consulting work and associated tasks since that time. Christine holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree and is a former member of the Las Vegas chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute, and a former President of the Windjammers Chapter of the Las Vegas Blind Lions and other Las Vegas-based organizations. She serves as 3WStudio's executive leadership and has a history of providing site surveys and designing corrective measures for non-accessible conditions. In 2009 and 2010, Christine was part of our team of training professionals who toured major U.S. cities, providing ADA compliance training to design professionals such as architects, engineers, landscape architects, and CASP applicants.

Kenneth C. Small, AIA, CSI, CDT

Ken is a graduate of Texas Tech University, with a five-year Bachelor of Architecture degree (1981). He is a licensed architect in Nevada, Texas, and Arizona, based in Las Vegas, and obtained his NCARB certificate in 1987. Ken has over 30 years of experience as an architect and over 20 years of experience implementing the ADA, the Fair Housing Act (FHA), ANSI A117.1, and similar disability-related regulations. He is an International Code Council-certified Accessibility Inspector/Plans Examiner. The Construction Specifications Institute issued him a Construction Documents Technologist certificate in 1992, and in 2004 he was awarded a LEED 2.0 certificate by the U.S. Green Building Council. Ken is a licensed general contractor in Nevada and Arizona. His consulting specialties include ADA and FHA plan reviews, site surveys, construction specifications, regulatory compliance project review, and expert witness testimony.
