This item is typically requested for performance under AIA or government contracts.
This includes:
pay requests, schedule of values, explanation of and review of bid forms, change order requests, requests for information and similar documents are all only useful if properly prepared. We will provide that preparation and or educate you on how to properly prepare this documentation.

Construction claims writing, offered by 3Wstudio.
Among the most valuable services that we offer are properly written claims.
If an owner, design professional or higher tier contractor can read your properly prepared change order and understand that they will pay in arbitration or court then you will likely receive much fairer treatment. Should the issue go to arbitration or litigation your odds of winning will be greatly enhanced by this service.
